The Catawba college baseball Schedule
The Catawba college baseball squad opens its 2019 campaign on Saturday, February 2nd with a trip to Kannapolis, N.C. to take on the Davidson Wildcats in a non-conference tilt. First pitch is scheduled for 1 p.m. atIntimidators Stadium. The ‘Intimidators’ are the Class A affiliate of the Chicago White Sox
The Catawba Indians will play their first Home game of the season on Wednesday, February 6th as they entertain Wingate University in a mid-week contest. That game is also set for a 1 p.m. first pitch at Newman Park on the campus of Catawba College
Catawba will close out its season-opening seven-game road swing with four games at USC Aiken (Feb. 8-9) and two more at Young Harris (Feb 16-17). The home opener is now set for Saturday, February 23rd as the Indians will host Pfeiffer University in a critical conference series to start the season. Game Times for that three game South Atlantic Conference set have yet to be determined but will be announced when finalized later this week

The Catawba baseball team is made up of talented student-athletes from across the United States The team is led by Head Coach Richard Foy, who is entering his 11th season at the helm of the Catawba program. The team’s assistant coaches are Will Conley and Alex Perkins.
The team trains and plays its home games at Parkview High School in Lilburn, Georgia. The school is also home to the Catawba football and soccer teams.
The Catawba Baseball Team competes in Division II of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA). The team is a member of the Southern States Athletic Conference (SSAC).
