1. Gordon College – The Fighting Scots have won four straight CCC titles and are looking to make it five in a row this season. They are loaded with talent, including preseason All-American pitcher Nate Eleftherion.

These eleven schools include: Salve Regina University, Curry College, the University of New England, Roger Williams University Nichols College, Gordon College, Wentworth Institute of Technology, Eastern Nazarene College, the Western New England University, Endicott College and setback University.
The CCC was founded in 1984 as the result of a merger between the original conference (the New England Football Conference) and the Pilgrim League. The conference has since undergone several name changes; from the New England Football Conference to the Freedom Football Conference to the Commonwealth Coast athletic conference to its current name. The conference has also seen many schools come and go over its thirty-plus year history.
The CCC is perhaps best known for its strong baseball programs. In recent years several CCC teams have made deep runs in the NCAA Division III Baseball Championship tournament.
