The Falcons have been one of the top teams in the CCC for years, and they’re showing no signs of slowing down. They finished the regular season with a record of 29-9, and their pitchers have been nails all year long. Bentley is a team that you definitely don’t want to miss.

The Golden Bears finished the Regular Season with a record of 28-10, and they’re one of the hottest teams in the conference right now. Their offense has been on fire as of late, and their pitching has been solid all year long. Western New England is a team that you definitely don’t want to miss.

1. Gordon College – The Fighting Scots have won four straight CCC titles and are looking to make it five in a row this season. They are loaded with talent, including preseason All-American pitcher Nate Eleftherion.

UNE is the defending conference champion in baseball and has won 7 conference championships since joining the CCC in 1999. UMass Dartmouth has won 3 conference championships (2011-2013) and ENC has won 2 conference championships (2015-2016).

The Fighting Scots finished second in the conference last year with a record of 20-10 (11-5 in conference play). Gordon has several Key Players returning from last year’s team, including All-CCC second baseman/outfielder Connor D’Amico and pitchers Matt Dziura and Cam Kneeland. Gordon will be looking to make a push for the conference title this year, and they have the talent to do so.

Salve Regina University is another team that could challenge for the CCC title this season. The Seahawks finished third in the conference last year with a record of 18-12 (10-6 in conference play). Salve Regina has several key players returning from last year’s team, including All-CCC catcher Ryan McDonald and pitchers Tyler Monahan and Mike Soiney. With a strong core of returners, Salve Regina will be looking to make a push for the conference title this season.

So as you can see, any of these three teams could easily win the CCC and make a run at the Division III National Championship
