American League Standings

Below are the American League Standings as of June 1, 2019. The defending World Series champions, the Boston Red Sox currently sit in first place with a record of 45-21. The Houston Astros who lost to the Red Sox in the 2018 ALCS, are in second place with a 43-22 record. The New York Yankees who lost to the Red Sox in the 2018 ALDS, are in third place with a 41-23 record.

National League Standings

The National League is made up of two divisions, the East and the West. In the East, there are five teams: the Atlanta Braves Miami Marlins New York Mets Philadelphia Phillies and Washington Nationals In the West, there are also five teams: the Arizona Diamondbacks, Colorado Rockies Los Angeles Dodgers San Diego Padres and San Francisco Giants

The Braves are currently in first place in the East with a record of 92-62. The Nationals are in second place with a record of 86-68. The Marlins are in third place with a record of 83-71. The Mets are in fourth place with a record of 82-72. And the Phillies are in fifth place with a record of 80-74.

In the West, the Dodgers are currently in first place with a record of 90-64. The Rockies are in second place with a record of 89-65. The Diamondbacks are in third place with a record of 86-68. The Padres are in fourth place with a record of 82-72. And the Giants are in fifth place with a record of 73-81.

American League East

The American League East is one of Major League Baseball’s six divisions. The Boston Red Sox New York Yankees Tampa Bay Rays Baltimore Orioles and Toronto Blue Jays make up the AL East.

American League West

The American League West is home to some of baseball’s best teams. The Los Angeles Dodgers and Houston Astros are two of the best teams in baseball, and they’re both in the AL West. The Seattle Mariners and Texas Rangers are also very good teams. The Oakland Athletics are a good team, too.

The AL West is a very competitive division, and it’s always hard to predict who will come out on top. This year, the Los Angeles Dodgers are the favorites to win the division. They have the best record in baseball, and they’re Playing great baseball right now. The Houston Astros are also playing very well, and they’re right behind the Dodgers in the standings. The Seattle Mariners are in third place, but they’re only a few games behind the Astros. It’s going to be a great race to the finish in the AL West!

National League East

The National League East is one of baseball’s most competitive divisions, with any of the five teams capable of winning on any given day. The division-leading Washington Nationals have a slim lead over the Philadelphia Phillies while the Atlanta Braves and New York Mets are right behind them. The Miami Marlins round out the division, but they’re still in contention for a playoff spot.

National League West

In the National League West, the Los Angeles Dodgers currently lead the division with a record of 94-67. The Colorado Rockies are in second place with a record of 91-70, followed by the Arizona Diamondbacks (89-72), the San Francisco Giants (73-88), and the San Diego Padres (66-95).

American League Central

As of August 25th, 2020, the Odac baseball standings for the American League Central are as follows:

1. The White Sox have a record of 40 Wins and 22 Losses.
2. The Indians have a record of 37 Wins and 24 Losses.
3. The Twins have a record of 35 Wins and 26 Losses.

National League Central

The National League Central is a division of the National League of Major League Baseball The Chicago Cubs have won the most National League Central titles, with six. The current champions are the Milwaukee Brewers

Interleague Play

Interleague play in Major League Baseball is when teams from the American League and the National League play against each other. It happens every year, typically starting in mid-May and ending in early July. The games are played according to the rules of the league in which the teams are playing that day. For example, if an American League team is playing a National League team, the designated hitter rule would not be used.

During interleague play, each team plays a number of games against teams from the other league. The number of games depends on the schedule for that season. For example, in 2019, each team played 20 interleague games.
