The State Farm NBA players of the Week for Games Played Monday, Jan. 14, through Sunday, Jan. 20, have been announced.
For James, it is the fifth time this season he has been honored as Player of the Week, matching his total from last season. Davis has now earned Player of the Week honors four times this season.
James averaged 30 points (on 61.6 percent shooting), 11.3 rebounds, 8.0 assists and 2.0 steals in 36.3 minutes per game, leading the Lakers to a 3-1 record on the week. Lillard averaged 30.7 points, 8.0 assists and 5.3 rebounds while shooting 46.2 percent from three-point range as the Trail Blazers went 3-1 on the week. He began the week with 21 points, eight assists and five rebounds against the Charlotte Hornets before posting 30 points, eight assists and six rebounds in a win over the Indiana Pacers two days later.
