The Arena is the name of the facility where the USF basketball team plays their home games The arena was built in 1992 and has a capacity of 8,000 people. The court is made of hardwood and the arena also has 42 luxury suites.

The History

The University of South Florida men’s Basketball Program is an NCAA Division I college basketball team that represents the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. The Bulls began play in 1971 as an independent before joining the Sun Belt Conference in 1975. USF then spent 18 seasons in the Metro Conference before moving to its current home, Conference USA in 2013. The Bulls have never won a regular season or conference tournament championship, but have qualified for the NCAA Tournament five times: once as an at-large team and four times as the Metro conference tournament champion. The USF Basketball Program has seen six head coaches in its short history. Donnie Marshall is the only coach to have led USF to more than one NCAA tournament appearance.
