The NBA is the most popular sports league in the world, and with Lebron James returning to Cleveland for a second stint, it’s time for the Cavaliers to move on from their past. The Cavs have been one of the worst teams in the NBA since James left, but they’re not without hope. They can look forward to a new era under Head Coach Tyronn Lue — an assistant who has experience working with James during his first stint with the team.
The 2020-21 Revolution Basketball is the upcoming season for the NBA. The 2020-21 season will start in October 2020.

The 19-20 Revolution basketball playoffs
The 19-20 Revolution basketball playoffs were a tournament that determined the Revolutionary Basketball Association (RBA) champion for the 19-20 season. The playoffs were a single-elimination tournament featuring eight teams from across the league, four each from the East and West divisions.
The storied franchise of the New York Knicks entered the playoffs as the top seed in the East, while the Los Angeles Lakers were seeded first in the West. In what many consider one of the greatest upsets in Playoff History the eighth-seeded Miami Heat defeated the Knicks in seven games to win their first RBA championship. The Lakers went on to win the West, but fell to the Heat in six games in the Finals.
This event was also notable for being one of only two times in RBA history that all four division champions advanced to the Conference Finals (the other being 19-03).

The 19-20 Revolution Basketball draft.
The late-night television hour on draft night is always electric, and the 2019 NBA draft was no different. For the first time in draft history, three players from the same school were drafted with the top three selections. Zion Williamson (New Orleans Pelicans), RJ Barrett (New York Knicks), and Cameron Reddish (Atlanta Hawks) all heard their names called early, making Duke the first school ever to have three top-10 picks in the same draft.
The evening began with a bit of a surprise, as the New Orleans Pelicans selected Williamson with the first overall pick. Many had predicted that Barrett would be the first player taken, but Williamson’s unique blend of size, power, and athleticism was too much for the Pelicans to pass up. With the second pick, the Knicks took Barrett, and he was immediately welcomed by a standing ovation from the draft night crowd. Reddish rounded out the top three, giving Duke three of the first four picks in the draft.
Other notable selections from the first round include Ja Morant (second pick, Memphis Grizzlies), RJ Hampton (24th pick, Denver Nuggets), and Nassir Little (25th pick, Portland Trail Blazers). Morant was widely considered to be the best point guard in the draft, and he should make an immediate impact for a Grizzlies team that is looking to rebuild after trading star center Marc Gasol at last season’s trade deadline
Hampton and Little were both projected to be lottery picks heading into draft night, but fell out of favor with scouts during the pre-draft process. Hampton is an exceptionally talented guard who has drawn comparisons to Russell Westbrook but his lack of experience against high-level competition caused him to slip on draft boards. Little is a similarly gifted prospect who slipped due to concerns about his motor and effort level on both ends of the court.
The second round of the draft featured several interesting selections as well. Second-round picks are often considered to be “projects” or “gamble” picks by teams because they tend to be raw or unproven players who need time to develop their game. With that being said, there are always a few diamonds in the rough that emerge from each year’s second round; players like Kawhi Leonard (2011), Jimmy Butler (2011), Draymond Green (2012), and Norman Powell (2015) have all become key contributors for their respective teams after being drafted in the second round.
