Desmond Bane (22) is a 6’4” senior guard from Richmond, Indiana. He attended Seton Catholic High School where he was a four-star recruit. He was ranked as the 38th best player in the country and the 8th best shooting guard He played in the McDonald’s All-American Game and the Jordan Brand Classic. He was also a two-time Indiana Mr. Basketball finalist.He chose to play for TCU over offers from Butler, Indiana, Notre Dame and Purdue.
In his three years at TCU, Bane has been a key player for the Horned Frogs He was named to the Big 12 All-Freshman Team in his first year. As a sophomore, he was second on the team in scoring with an average of 12.5 points per game Last season, he averaged 15.2 points per game and set a school record with 103 three-pointers made in a single season. He was named to the All-Big 12 Second Team.

Kouat Noi
Kouat Noi is a 6-foot-7, 213-pound small forward from Melbourne, Australia. He played his Prep Basketball at Haileybury College in Australia and was ranked as a four-star recruit by ESPN.com. Noi signed with TCU in November 2016 and will have three years of eligibility remaining.
JD Miller
JD Miller is a 6’8″ forward from Flower Mound Texas. He played his high school ball at Flower Mound Marcus where he was a three-year starter and helped lead the team to the State Tournament as a senior. Miller was also a member of the National Honor Society and graduated with honors. He plans to major in business while at TCU.
Kendric Davis
Kendric Davis is a 5’11” guard from Dallas, Texas. He comes to TCU after a successful career at Dallas Lincoln high school where he was a three-time all-district honoree. He was also named a finalist for the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches’ Mr. Basketball Award in 2019. Davis was ranked as the No. 7 point guard in the nation by ESPN and the No. 48 player overall in the 2019 recruiting class
Chuck O’Bannon Jr.
Chuck O’Bannon Jr. is a junior guard for the TCU Men’s basketball team He is from Las Vegas Nevada and attended Bishop Gorman high school O’Bannon is 6’4″ and weighs 200 pounds.
Kevin Samuel
As a 6-11 center from Nassau, Bahamas, Kevin Samuel provides the Horned Frogs with a big body in the post. A highly touted recruit, Samuel was ranked as the No. 49 player in the nation by ESPN and the No. 8 center. In his senior season at Arlington Grace Prep, Samuel averaged 16 points, 12 rebounds and four blocks per game.
Mike Miles
Mike Miles is the head men’s basketball coach at Texas Christian University He is entering his first season with the team.
Miles was born in Shreveport, Louisiana. He played college basketball at the University of Oklahoma from 1981 to 1985. After graduation, he became a graduate Assistant Coach at his alma mater for one season.
Miles began his head coaching career at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in 1986. He coached there for four seasons, compiling a 72-48 record. He then coached at the University of Redlands for five seasons, from 1990 to 1995. During his time there, he led the team to two NCAA Division III Men’s Basketball Tournament appearances and won one conference championship
Miles then moved on to Samford University where he coached for two seasons, from 1995 to 1997. During his time there, he led the team to one NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Tournament appearance.
After coaching at Samford, Miles coached professionally in various countries for several years. He was the Head Coach of USBasket Ischia in Italy from 1997 to 1999 and again from 2004 to 2006. He also coached Al Ain Club in the United Arab Emirates from 1999 to 2001 and Al Ittihad Tripoli in Libya from 2002 to 2004. In 2007, he returned to the United States and became head coach of Dallas Mavericks NBA Summer League team.
In 2008, Miles became an assistant coach at Brigham Young University under Dave Rose He served as an assistant coach there for two seasons before being hired as TCU’s Head Coach in 2010.
