The Kimberly High School basketball team is one of the most successful teams in the state of Wisconsin.

Kimberly high school is a public secondary school located in Kimberly, Wisconsin. The school was established in 1894 and its Basketball team has a long and storied history. The team has won 12 State Championships more than any other high school in Wisconsin. In addition, the team has been to the State Tournament 22 times, also more than any other school in the state.

The Kimberly High School basketball team has won seven State Championships including five in a row from 2013 to 2017. The team has also been runner-up four times, most recently in 2018.

The Kimberly high school basketball team is coached by Matt Nehring, who has been at the helm since 2006. Coach Nehring has led the team to seven State Championships and four runner-up finishes.

Devin Harris – Harris was a McDonald’s All-American as a senior in 2002 and went on to play collegiately at Wisconsin. He was drafted 5th overall by the Dallas Mavericks in the 2004 NBA draft and is currently playing for the Atlanta Hawks

Josh Gasser – Gasser was a three-time All-State selection for Kimberly High School and went on to play collegiately at Wisconsin. He finished his career as the Badgers’ all-time leader in games played (149).

Bronson Koenig – Koenig was a McDonald’s All-American as a senior in 2014 and is currently playing collegiately at Wisconsin. He is one of the Top Players in school history, scoring over 2,000 points in his career.

-Coach John Wooden Wooden was the Head Coach at Kimberly High school for 27 years, from 1949 to 1976. During his time at the school, he led the team to 24 winning seasons, 15 conference championships and 3 State Championships He is considered one of the greatest Basketball Coaches of all time.

-Coach Bill Russell Russell was an Assistant Coach at Kimberly high school for 2 years, from 1974 to 1976. He then went on to have a successful career as a head coach in college and professional basketball He is a member of the Basketball Hall of Fame

-Coach Larry Bird Bird was an assistant coach at Kimberly High School for 1 year, in 1976. He then went on to have a successful career as a player and Head Coach in professional basketball He is a member of the Basketball Hall of Fame
