Raptors swingman Vince Carter was featured on NBA 2K3’s cover. Carter was drafted fifth overall by Toronto in 1998 and quickly became one of the most exciting players in the league thanks to his trademark dunks. He was a six-time All-Star during his time with Toronto and won Rookie of the Year in 1999. Carter is still playing today and is currently eighth all-time on the NBA’s scoring list.
