Prior to his arrival at NC Wesleyan, Coach Wooster was an Assistant Coach at Virginia Commonwealth University He has also served as a head coach at both the High School and collegiate levels.

The North Carolina Wesleyan Baseball coaching staff also includes assistant coaches Matt McCall and Will Austin. Coach McCall is entering his first season with the program. Prior to his arrival at NC Wesleyan, Coach McCall was an assistant coach at Seton Hall University. Coach Austin is entering his second season with the program. Prior to his arrival at NC Wesleyan, Coach Austin served as an assistant coach at Barton College.
