Tuesday’s Games

Tony has his eyes on the NBA this week and he’s got some great predictions for Tuesday’s games. He thinks the Houston Rockets will beat the Oklahoma City Thunder and that the Golden State Warriors will take down the Portland Trail Blazers

Wednesday’s Games

The Dallas Mavericks take on the Houston Rockets Wednesday night in a battle of two Western Conference rivals. The Mavericks are coming off a strong performance against the San Antonio Spurs, while the Rockets are looking to rebound after a loss to the Golden State Warriors

The Mavericks are led by shooting guard Luka Doncic who is averaging 28.1 points, 9.5 rebounds, and 8.0 assists per game The Rockets are led by small forward James Harden who is averaging 33.8 points, 7.6 assists, and 5.8 rebounds per game

The Mavericks are 3-point favorites heading into Wednesday’s matchup. Tip-off is set for 8:00 PM EST.

Thursday’s Games

On Thursday, the Brooklyn Nets take on the Philadelphia 76ers and the Los Angeles Lakers take on the Sacramento Kings

The Nets are currently in first place in the Eastern Conference with a record of 21-12. They are coming off a loss to the Charlotte Hornets but they have won four out of their last six games. The 76ers are in third place in the conference with a record of 20-11. They have won two out of their last three games, but they are coming off a loss to the Miami Heat

The Lakers are in first place in the Western Conference with a record of 24-6. They have won two out of their last three games, but they are coming off a loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves The Kings are in last place in the conference with a record of 10-20. They have lost five out of their last six games, but they are coming off a win against the Phoenix Suns

Friday’s Games

On Friday, the Lakers take on the Mavericks in what should be a close game The Lakers are coming off of a loss to the Trail Blazers while the Mavericks are coming off of a win against the Pelicans. The Lakers will be without Lebron James and Anthony Davis but they have been playing well lately. The Mavericks will be without Kristaps Porzingis but they have been playing well lately. I think the Lakers will win this game.

The other game on Friday is between the Warriors and the Pistons. The Warriors are coming off of a loss to the Hawks, while the Pistons are coming off of a win against the Cavaliers. The Warriors will be without Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson but they have been playing well lately. The Pistons will be without Blake Griffin but they have been playing well lately. I think the Pistons will win this game.

Saturday’s Games

The following are Tony’s NBA picks for Saturday’s games:

Boston Celtics vs. Indiana Pacers Celtics -6.5

Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Denver Nuggets Thunder -3

Los Angeles Lakers vs. Portland Trail Blazers Blazers +1

Sunday’s Games

The featured games on Sunday are the Boston Celtics at the Miami Heat and the Los Angeles Lakers at the Dallas Mavericks

The Celtics are coming off of a hard-fought loss to the Lakers on Friday Night and they will be looking to Bounce Back with a win against the Heat. The Heat are one of the hottest teams in the league, having won six of their last seven games. However, the Celtics have had success against them in recent years winning four of their last five matchups. The Celtics will need to be mindful of Miami’s strong perimeter shooting, as they are ranked third in the league in Three-point shooting percentage.

The Lakers are coming off of a Big Win against the Celtics, and they will look to continue their winning ways against the Mavericks. The Mavericks have been one of the biggest surprises in the league this season, as they currently sit atop the Western Conference standings. However, they have struggled against the Lakers recently, losing five of their last six matchups. The Lakers will need to be wary of Dallas’ dangerous trio of Luka Doncic Kristaps Porzingis and Tim Hardaway Jr., as they are all averaging over 20 points per game
