Kingston is entering his second season as the Head Coach of the Cougars. He was previously the Head coach at Illinois State University In his first season at USF, he coached the team to a 29-27 record and led them to their first appearance in the American Athletic conference tournament

Snider is also entering his second season as an assistant coach for the Cougars. He previously served as an assistant coach at Creighton University and Iowa Western Community College

Mohl enters his first season as the pitching coach for USF. He most recently served as the pitching coordinator and mental skills coordinator for UCF.

Butera enters his first season as a volunteer assistant coach for USF. He played four seasons of professional baseball including two years with the Miami Marlins organization.

Tomlinson enters his second season as the director of operations for USF baseball In this role, he manages all aspects of team travel and logistics
