The College Basketball Hall of Fame Class of 2022

Eligibility

To be eligible, players must be fully retired from playing Professional Basketball for at least four years and have been an All-American in college. Coaches must have been retired from coaching for at least four years and must have coached for at least 25 years with a .600 or better winning percentage, or coached for at least 10 years with an .850 or better winning percentage.

The Selection Process

The college basketball Hall of Fame recognizes and celebrates the greatest players coaches and teams in the history of the sport. To be eligible for induction, a player must have played college basketball for at least two seasons and his class must have been out of school for more than four years. A coach becomes eligible three years after retirement from coaching or death. Teams are considered based on their significance to the sport.

Players and coaches are nominated each year by a nationwide committee of over 1,000 voters. This list is then narrowed down to just 20 finalists by a smaller sub-committee. The Hall of Fame Class of 2022
