Bovada Releases NBA Championship Odds

Bovada has released their odds for the NBA Championship and the Golden State Warriors are the clear favorite.

The Warriors are listed at -275, meaning you would need to bet $275 to win $100. The Cleveland Cavaliers are second at +300, meaning you would win $300 if you bet $100.

The Houston Rockets and San Antonio Spurs round out the top four at +1000 and +1200, respectively.

The Odds for the NBA Championship

The Warriors added Kevin Durant in Free agency making them an even more formidable opponent than they were last season. The Cleveland Cavaliers are second on the list with odds of +300, followed by the San Antonio Spurs (+700), Oklahoma City Thunder (+950), and Boston Celtics (+1400). Rounding out the top ten are the Los Angeles Clippers (+1600), Toronto Raptors (+1800), Houston Rockets (+2500), Utah Jazz (+3300), and Washington Wizards (+4000).

The Defending NBA Champion Golden State Warriors

Bovada has released their NBA Championship odds for the upcoming 2018-2019 season and the defending NBA champion Golden State Warriors are once again the favorites.

The Warriors are listed at +140 (bet $100 to win $140) to win their third straight NBA title and fourth in the last five years. The Houston Rockets who lost to the Warriors in last year’s Western Conference Finals, are second on Bovada’s NBA Championship odds list at +600.

The Boston Celtics who lost to the Cavaliers in seven games in the Eastern Conference Finals last season, are third on the list at +700. The Cavaliers, who are led by Lebron James are fourth on Bovada’s NBA championship odds list at +800.

Rounding out the top five are the Philadelphia 76ers at +1400 and the Los Angeles Lakers at +1600. The Warriors, Rockets, Celtics, and Cavaliers are all expected to be contenders once again this season while the Sixers and Lakers have made some big offseason changes that should make them better teams this year.

The Houston Rockets have the third-best odds to win the 2019 NBA Championship according to Bovada. The Rockets are +650, which means a $100 bet would net you $650 if they were to win it all. The Golden State Warriors are still the favorites at -200, meaning you would need to bet $200 to win $100. The Warriors are followed by the Boston Celtics (+600), Toronto Raptors (+700), and Philadelphia 76ers (+800).

The Lakers are listed at 5-2, followed by the Milwaukee Bucks at 4-1, the Houston Rockets at 9-2 and the Golden State Warriors at 6-1.

The defending champion Toronto Raptors are listed at 12-1, while the Boston Celtics and Philadelphia 76ers are both listed at 18-1.

The Los Angeles Clippers who acquired Kawhi Leonard and Paul George in a Blockbuster Trade this summer, are listed at 20-1.

The Milwaukee Bucks

The Milwaukee Bucks are the favorites to win the 2020 NBA title according to oddsmakers at Bovada. The Bucks have odds of +275 to win the title, which means a $100 bet would pay out $275 if they are successful.

The defending champion Toronto Raptors have the second-best odds at +325, while the Los Angeles Lakers are third at +350. The Houston Rockets and Philadelphia 76ers round out the top five with odds of +700 and +800, respectively.
