* Gary Bradds – Bradds is another player who helped lead Ohio State to a National Championship doing so in 1960. He was a two-time All-American and was named the National Player of the Year in 1964. Bradds’ number (35) is retired by Ohio State
* Michael Redd – Redd had a successful career at Ohio State becoming just the second Buckeye to be named a consensus first-team All-American (joining Lucas). He went on to have a solid NBA Career being named an All-Star in 2004.

The Ohio State Buckeyes Basketball Schedule has been released and there are some very tough games on the slate. The Buckeyes will open the season at home against Cincinnati on November 6th. This will be the first ever meeting between the two schools. The game will be played at Value City Arena in Columbus, Ohio. The Buckeyes will then have a tough road game against Marquette on November 10th. They will return home to take on NC State on November 17th. They will then travel to South Dakota State on December 7th before returning home for a showdown against Kentucky on December 21st.
