He is a 10-time NBA All-Star and has won three Olympic gold medals Born in Brooklyn, New York to a Puerto Rican father and an African-American mother, Anthony grew up in Baltimore, Maryland and played college basketball at Syracuse University He was drafted by the Denver Nuggets with the third overall pick in the 2003 NBA Draft and went on to spend seven seasons with the team. In 2011, he was traded to the New York Knicks with whom he spent six seasons. He then spent one season each with the Oklahoma City Thunder Houston Rockets and Portland Trail Blazers before returning to New York in 2017. After appearing in just 10 games for the Knicks during the 2017–18 season, he was traded back to Houston.

2. J. J. Barea

Jose Juan “J. J.” Barea Mora is a Puerto Rican Professional basketball player for Minnesota Timberwolves of the NBA. He played college basketball for Northeastern University before transferring to Maverick College. He went undrafted in 2006 but was later signed by Dallas Mavericks Barea helped Mavericks win their first ever NBA title in 2011 and also won a gold medal for Puerto Rico at the 2004 Summer Olympics and bronze at the 2006 FIBA World Championship .He has also played for Minnesota Timberwolves Boston Celtics & Indiana Pacers .
