Point guard Alyssa McGarry is a transfer from Division I Niagara University She’s an incredibly quick player with great vision for finding her teammates. McGarry is also a great shooter, which makes her a dangerous offensive threat.
shooting guard Jordan Anderson is one of the best shooters in all of Division III basketball. She has a deep range and can knock down shots from anywhere on the court. Anderson is also a great rebounder and defender, making her a complete player.
Small forward Erica helpingen is one of the best all-around players in Division III basketball. She can score, rebound, and defend at a high level. helpingen is an incredible athlete with a high motor, which makes her a nightmare for opposing teams.

Every year, Roberts Wesleyan College’s Basketball team seems to be getting better and better.
In the 2018-2019 season, the team had an incredible 26-5 record in the regular season They went on to win the Empire 8 conference championship and compete in the NCAA Division II Men’s Basketball Tournament
This year, they are off to an even better start. The team is currently ranked #3 in the NCAA Division II Men’s Basketball poll. They have a 20-1 record and have only lost one game all season.

Roberts Wesleyan Basketball: The Must-See Team of the Season (Part 2)
In Roberts Wesleyan’s basketball season opener, the Red Hawks faced off against the Clarkson Golden Knights The game was neck-and-neck the whole way, with both teams trading leads and neither team able to gain a significant advantage. In the end, Roberts Wesleyan came out on top, winning 79-74.
This was just a taste of what Roberts Wesleyan basketball is going to be like this season. Led by senior guard Darryl Marshall, the Red Hawks are an up-and-coming team that is sure to be one of the most entertaining squads in all of Division III

The Roberts Wesleyan Basketball Roster
The Roberts Wesleyan College basketball team is one of the most promising teams in the NCAA this season. The team is anchored by two star players junior guard Jaylen Butts and freshman forward Jalen Pickett. Butts has been impressive so far this season, averaging 19 points per game while shooting 41 percent from three-point range Meanwhile, Pickett has displayed his all-around game, averaging 16 points, six rebounds, and four assists per game Together, Butts and Pickett make Roberts Wesleyan a must-see team this season.

Lastly, freshman guard Jahaad Proctor rounds out the bench unit; he is a strong defender with good instincts who is averaging two steals per game in limited minutes.

This season, Roberts Wesleyan Basketball is a must-see team. The Head Coach Jon Smith, has been with the team for four years and has led them to two conference championships Assistant Coach Dave Koran has been with the team for three years and is known for his defensive strategies. Roberts Wesleyan has also been fortunate to have former NBA player Rodney Elliot as a volunteer assistant coach for the past two years.
These coaches have brought a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team, and it shows in their game play. In the final installment of our series, we take a look at the Roberts Wesleyan basketball team and what makes them the must-see team of the season.
The Roberts Wesleyan Basketball team is coming off a historic season in which they won their first ever NCAA Division II National Championship The team is led by head coach Ryan Burgess, who was named National Coach of the Year for his efforts. The team is also led by two-time National Player of the Year, senior guard D’Angelo Harrison.
The Roberts Wesleyan Basketball Team is a must-see team this season for a number of reasons. First and foremost, they are the defending National Champions They are also led by one of the best players in the country in D’Angelo Harrison. Additionally, they play an exciting style of basketball that is sure to entertain fans. Finally, they have a chance to make history by becoming the first team to win back-to-back National Championships in NCAA Division II history.

Roberts Wesleyan Basketball: The Must-See Team of the Season (Part 4)
It’s been awhile since the last post in our series on Roberts Wesleyan Basketball. In Part 3, we left off with the Redhawks having just completed a successful regular season and entering the post-season with high hopes.
The Redhawks’ first post-season game was against the Olean Oilers, who they had beaten handily in both of their Regular Season matchups. The Oilers, however, put up a fight in the first half and only trailed by four points at halftime.
In the second half, though, Roberts Wesleyan took control of the game and won by a final score of 89-69. With that win, they advanced to the semi-finals of the conference tournament where they would face off against their rivals, the Niagara Purple Eagles.
The semi-final game was a back-and-forth affair, but in the end, Roberts Wesleyan came out on top by a score of 73-70. That win sent them to the conference tournament finals, where they would take on the top-seeded Canisius Golden Griffins
Canisius had been one of the best teams in the country all season long but Roberts Wesleyan was not intimidated. They played their best game of the season and won by a final score of 80-77 to claim the Conference Tournament championship!
With that win, Roberts Wesleyan earned an automatic bid to the NCAA tournament They will find out their first round matchup on Selection Sunday (March 17th). Be sure to tune in and watch this team as they make their march towards March Madness!
