The team is made up of talented players from all over the Northwest, and they are always looking to add more talent to their roster. The History of Nwc Baseball
The Northwest Collegiate baseball conference (NwC) began in 2001 as a seven-team conference, with original members Gonzaga University, Lewis-Clark State College the University of Portland Saint Martin’s University, Seattle University the University of Puget Sound and Western Oregon University In 2004, Whitworth University joined the conference, followed by Concordia University in 2006.
The conference initially operated without an official name or affiliation. In 2003, the conference was officially recognized by the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA), and in 2004 it was officially named the West Conference
The NwC is considered one of the best Division II baseball conferences in the nation. In recent years NwC teams have been consistently ranked among the top 25 teams in Division II baseball polls. NwC teams have also made regular appearances in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship tournament.

The Nwc Baseball Conference
The Nwc Baseball Conference is made up of eight colleges and universities located in the Northwest. The conference is divided into two divisions, the North and the South. The North Division consists of four schools, while the South Division has four schools. Each school plays the other schools in their division twice during the regular season The top two teams in each division advance to the conference tournament which is held at a neutral site.
The conference tournament consists of four teams, with each team playing three games. The team with the best record in the tournament advances to the NCAA Division III Baseball Championship
The Nwc baseball conference has been around since 1952 and has been won by a variety of schools over the years. However, there have been some dominant programs in recent years Whitworth University has won 12 conference championships, including five straight from 2013-2017. Linfield College has also been very successful, winning 11 conference championships, including three straight from 2014-2016.

The NWC is widely considered to be one of the best Division III baseball conferences in the country. In fact, according to Baseball America the NWC has been the top-ranked conference in Division III baseball for four consecutive years (2014-2017).
