In the NBA, a restricted free agent is a player who is eligible for free agency and has not been, or will not be, designated as a Franchise Player or Early Qualifying Veteran by any team. Restricted free agents are free to sign an Offer Sheet with any team, but their original team has the right to match the Offer Sheet and keep the player. 2) Nemanja Bjelica: The Serbian forward was a key reserve for the Minnesota Timberwolves last season, averaging 6.8 points and 3.8 rebounds per game He is a skilled stretch four who can knock down threes and also defend multiple positions. Bjelica would be a great addition to any team’s bench unit.
3) Jonas Valanciunas: The Lithuanian center is one of the best rebounders in the NBA and he also has good hands and touch around the basket. Ersan Ilyasova – Ilyasova is a 32-year-old Turkish Power Forward who has played for eight different NBA teams in his 12-year career. Ilyasova is a skilled shooter and a good rebounder, and he would be a solid role player for any team looking to add some veteran experience to their roster. Last season, Ilyasova averaged 10.9 points and 5.6 rebounds per game while shooting 39 percent from three-point range for the Milwaukee Bucks
Nemanja Bjelica – Bjelica is another skilled international big man who will be an Unrestricted Free Agent this offseason. The 30-year-old Serbian power forward has spent the last two seasons with the Sacramento Kings averaging 9.5 points and 4.8 rebounds per game while shooting 41 percent from three-point range. The NBA D-League or Development League is the NBA’s official minor league The D-League is made up of 22 teams, all owned or operated by NBA franchises. The league was founded in 2001 and began play in the 2001-02 season.
Players in the D-League are paid a salary that is lower than the NBA minimum salary but higher than most salaries in Minor League basketball. The average D-League salary for the 2016-17 season was $26,000. Players are free to sign with any team in the league, and can be called up to the NBA at any time by their parent club.
