Sitting at 47-30 on April 2nd, 2017, 11 games behind the first seed Boston Celtics (58-19), it looked like the Cleveland Cavaliers’ season was all but over. Then came one of most unlikely turnarounds in recent memory as Lebron James led his team on an incredible 15-1 run to finish out regular season 22 games ahead of where they started it (.707 win percentage). Over those final 22 games LeBron averaged an absurd 30 points per game on .568/.385/.767 shooting splits while adding 9 assists and 8 rebounds per contest as well – reminding everyone that when it comes time to flip that proverbial switch nobody in NBA history has been better than him at it than him.. What’s even more mind blowing is that this performance came at age 32 in his 15th season! Simply put: Lebron James is a bad man…and he proved it yet again by spearheading one of greatest turnarounds regular season history en route leading his Cavs teammates Kyrie Irving & Kevin Love to their second consecutive NBA Finals appearance..
