NBA Mock Draft: Who Will Go Where?

The 2020 NBA draft is still up in the air, but that doesn’t stop us from projecting where each player will end up. In our latest NBA Mock Draft we have the New Orleans Pelicans taking Zion Williamson with the No. 1 overall pick.

2020 NBA Mock Draft Who Will Go Where?

The 2020 NBA Draft is scheduled to be held on November 18, 2020. It will be the first draft since 1996 in which no college seniors will be selected in the first round, and the first draft to held virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This will also be the first time that the Draft Lottery will be expanded to include four teams with 14% odds of earning the no. 1 overall pick, instead of three teams with 25% odds, and a decrease in odds for all other lottery teams. As a result of the pandemic, many of the usual pre-draft events such as in-person workouts and interviews will not take place.

In terms of what we can expect on draft night, it is widely assumed that Lamelo Ball will be selected with the number one overall pick by the Minnesota Timberwolves The Warriors are also widely expected to use their number two overall pick on either Anthony Edwards or James Wiseman The Charlotte Hornets are expected to select point guard Killian Hayes with the third pick, followed by wing Deni Avdija to the Chicago Bulls at four. At five, Obi Toppin might slide but it’s still most likely he goes to the Cleveland Cavaliers
