The 2020 NBA Draft is still months away, but it’s never too early to start thinking about who might go where.

In this mock draft we’ll take a look at the top prospects and where they might land come June.

1. Zion Williamson Duke – New Orleans Pelicans
There’s really no other choice here. Zion is the best player in the draft and will be a transformational player for the Pelicans.

2. Ja Morant, Murray State – Memphis Grizzlies
Morant is an electrifying point guard who would be a perfect fit in Memphis alongside fellow young stars Jaren Jackson Jr. and Dillon Brooks

3. RJ Barrett, Duke – New York Knicks
Barrett is a gifted scorer who would give the Knicks something they desperately need – an offensive catalyst.

4. Darius Garland, Vanderbilt – Los Angeles Lakers
The Lakers are in need of a point guard of the future and Garland is one of the best in this class. He’s a gifted scorer and playmaker who would be a Perfect Fit next to Lebron James and Anthony Davis

5. Coby White North Carolina – Cleveland Cavaliers

White is one of the best pure shooters in this class and would give the Cavs another dangerous scoring option to pair with Collin Sexton

As the 2019-20 NBA season comes to a close, we take a look at who could be some potential sleepers in the 2020 NBA draft

With the league being more open than ever, there are a plethora of talented players that could potentially slide into the latter part of the first round or even into the second.

Here are five names to keep an eye on come draft night.

1. Tyrese Maxey SG, Kentucky Wildcats
Maxey is a 6-foot-3 shooting guard that can score in bunches. He’s averaging 17.3 points, 4.3 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game while shooting 41.8 percent from beyond the arc.

2. Cole Anthony PG, North Carolina Tar Heels
Anthony is a 6-foot-3 point guard that is averaging 19.1 points, 5.7 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game while shooting 34 percent from three-point range

3. Precious Achiuwa, PF/C, Memphis Tigers
Achiuwa is a 6-foot-9 power forward/center that is averaging 15 points and 10 rebounds per game while shooting 56 percent from the field and 35 percent from three-point range.

4. Oshae Brissett, SF, Syracuse Orange
Brissett is a 6-foot-8 small forward averaging 15 points and 8 rebounds per game while shooting 45 percent from the field and 37 percent from three-point range.

5. Tyrell Terry, PG, Stanford Cardinal
Terry is a 6-foot-1 point guard averaging 14 points and 4 assists per game while shooting 41 percent from three-point range.

2020 nba mock draft Biggest Risers

With the college Basketball season now over, it’s time to take a look at how the 2020 NBA Mock Draft is shaking out.

There have been some big risers in recent weeks, with several players solidifying themselves as first-round talents.

At the top of the list is USC’s Onyeka Okongwu, who has shot up draft boards with his strong play in the NCAA tournament Okongwu is now seen as a lock to be a top-10 pick, and he could even go in the top five.

Another player who has seen his stock rise is Iowa State’s Tyrese Haliburton. Haliburton had a terrific season for the Cyclones and has emerged as one of the best point guard prospects in the draft. He’s now projected to be a late lottery pick.

Other risers include Florida State’s Devin Vassell, Dayton’s Obi Toppin and Baylor’s Devonte Graham. All three players are now seen as potential first-round picks after being largely off the radar prior to the season.

Here is a look at those teams and the players they should avoid in the 2020 NBA draft

1. Los Angeles Lakers – The Lakers are already a championship-caliber team and they don’t have many needs. They should avoid reach for players who don’t fit their system and instead focus on adding depth at the wing position

2. Milwaukee Bucks – The Bucks are another team that is already a title contender. They should focus on adding depth at the guard position and avoid players who don’t fit their system.
