The defending champion Los Angeles Lakers will look to repeat, led by superstars Lebron James and Anthony Davis The Brooklyn Nets with a star-studded lineup featuring Kyrie Irving Kevin Durant and James Harden are the favorites to win the Eastern Conference
Other Teams to Watch include the Milwaukee Bucks led by reigning MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Philadelphia 76ers, who added All-Star center Joel Embiid this offseason.
What are your predictions for the upcoming season?
Eastern Conference Predictions
It’s no secret that the 2021-22 NBA season is going to be one of the most highly anticipated seasons in recent memory. After a crazy offseason that saw a number of marquee free agents sign with new teams, there are a lot of questions about how the balance of power will shift in the league.
In the Eastern Conference there are a few teams that stand out as frontrunners to make a deep playoff run. The Milwaukee Bucks and Brooklyn Nets are both loaded with talent and should be able to cruise to the top seeds in the conference. The Philadelphia 76ers made some big additions this offseason and will be looking to take the next step forward. The Miami Heat are also a team to watch out for, as they have a core of young talent that could make noise come playoff time.
In the end, it’s hard to bet against the Bucks and Nets. Both teams have All-NBA caliber players leading the way, and they should be able to cruise through the regular season en route to meeting in the Eastern Conference Finals
Western Conference Predictions
The 2021-2022 NBA season is looking very promising for the Western Conference After a few down years, the West is finally starting to catch up to the East in terms of talent and potential. Here are our predictions for how the top eight teams in the conference will finish next season.
1. Los Angeles Lakers – The defending champions will be looking to repeat next season, and they have the talent and experience to do so. Lebron James and Anthony Davis will continue to lead the way, and they will be flanked by a deep supporting cast that includes All-Stars Kyle Kuzma and Andre Drummond
2. Houston Rockets – The Rockets had a strong season last year, but they fell just short of winning the title. They have made some key additions this offseason, including former All-Star guard Victor Oladipo which should help them take that next step.
3. Portland Trail Blazers – The Trail Blazers have been one of the best teams in the West for several years now, and they look poised to make another run at the title next season. They have a dynamic duo in Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum, and they added some much-needed size with laenge center Hassan Whiteside this offseason.
4) Utah Jazz – The Jazz had a disappointing end to last season, but they are still one of the best teams in the conference. They have two All-Star caliber players in Donovan Mitchell and Rudy Gobert and they also added veteran shooter Mike Conley this offseason.
5) Golden State Warriors – The Warriors may not be as dominant as they once were, but they are still one of the best teams in the West. They added former MVP point guard Steph Curry this offseason, which should help them make another run at the title next season.
6) San Antonio Spurs – The Spurs have been one of the most consistent teams over the past few years, but they have not been able to get over the hump and compete for a title. They added All-Star forward LaMarcus Aldridge this offseason, which should help them take that next step next season.
7) Denver Nuggets – The Nuggets have been one of the biggest surprises in recent years but they took a Step Back last season after losing All-Star forward Paul Millsap to Free agency They still have a very talented young core led by Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray, but it remains to be seen if they can take that next step without Millsap
8) New Orleans Pelicans – The Pelicans are one of the most up-and-coming teams in the conference thanks to their young core of Zion Williamson Brandon Ingram , Lonzo Ball ,and Josh Hart . However,They will likely take a step back next season as Zion Williamson misses significant time due recover from surgery on his meniscus
NBA Finals Predictions
It’s that time of year again. The NBA season is just around the corner, and that means it’s time to make some predictions. Who will make it to the NBA Finals? Who will be crowned champion?
Here are my predictions for the 2021-2022 NBA season
The Los Angeles Lakers will repeat as champions. Lebron James and Anthony Davis will continue to lead the way, and they will have enough help from their supporting cast to get the job done once again.
The Golden State Warriors will make a return to the Finals, but they will fall short against the Lakers. Steph Curry and Klay Thompson will be healthy this season, and they will form one of the best duos in the league. However, they won’t have enough talent around them to beat a team like the Lakers.
The Brooklyn Nets will make a run to the Eastern Conference Finals but they will ultimately fall short against either the Milwaukee Bucks or Philadelphia 76ers. Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant are a dynamic duo, but they won’t have enough help from their teammates to make it all the way.
So there you have it. These are my predictions for the 2021-2022 NBA season What are your predictions?

Most Improved Player Predictions
The Most Improved Player (MIP) award is one of the most prestigious awards in the NBA. It is given to the player who has shown the most improvement from the previous season.
There are a few players who are candidates for this award, but here are our top three predictions:
1. Jayson Tatum (SF, Boston Celtics)
Tatum had a breakout season last year, averaging 23.6 points, 7.1 rebounds, and 3.0 assists per game He was also named to the All-Star team for the first time in his career. However, we think he will take his game to even higher levels this season as he continues to develop into one of the best young players in the league.
2. De’Aaron Fox (PG, Sacramento Kings)
Fox had a solid season last year, averaging 21.1 points, 6.8 assists, and 3.8 rebounds per game However, we think he will make a big jump this year as he becomes even more of a focal point for the Kings offense. He has all the tools to be one of the best point guards in the league and we expect him to have a breakout year.
3. Lauri Markkanen (PF, Chicago Bulls)
Markkanen had a down year last season, averaging only 15.8 points and 6.5 rebounds per game while shooting just 43 percent from the field and 32 percent from three-point range However, we think he will Bounce Back in a big way this season as he becomes more accustomed to playing with new teammates like Zach LaVine and Otto Porter Jr.. Markkanen has All-Star potential and we expect him to have a breakout year for the Bulls
Defensive Player of the Year Predictions
This season, there are a few clear contenders for the title of Defensive Player of the Year. Rudy Gobert of the Utah Jazz is the reigning two-time winner, and he will be looking to make it three in a row. Other players in contention include Anthony Davis of the Los Angeles Lakers Ben Simmons of the Philadelphia 76ers, and Brook Lopez of the Milwaukee Bucks
Gobert is the clear favorite to win again this year, as he is one of the best defensive players in the league. His defensive rating of 98.5 is first in the NBA, and he leads the league in blocks per game with 2.8. He also has a defensive box plus/minus of 3.3, which is second in the league behind Simmons.
Davis is also a top contender for the award, as he is fourth in the NBA in defensive rating (99.1) and fifth in blocks per game (2.4). He also has a defensive box plus/minus of 2.6, which is third in the league behind Gobert and Simmons.
Simmons is another strong candidate, as he leads the league in defensive rating (97.4) and defensive box plus/minus (3.7). He is also second in blocks per game (2.1), and he has been a key part of the 76ers’ success this season.
Lopez is also a solid contender, as he has a defensive box plus/minus of 2.5 and ranks sixth in blocks per game (1.9). He has been a key part of the Bucks’ defense this season, which is one of the best in the league.
Gobert is the favorite to win Defensive Player of Year once again, but Davis and Simmons are both strong contenders that could give him a run for his money.
Sixth Man of the Year Predictions
The National Basketball Association (NBA) sixth man of the Year is an annual National Basketball Association award given since the 1982–83 NBA season to the best performing player for each team coming off the bench as a substitute. A panel of sportswriters and broadcasters from throughout the United States and Canada votes on the recipient. Each judge casts a vote for first, second and third place selections. Each first-place vote is worth five points, each second-place vote is worth three points, and each third-place vote is worth one point. The player with the highest point total, regardless of the number of first-place votes, wins the award.
With that in mind, here are Sixth Man of the Year predictions for the 2021-22 season
Washington Wizards shooting guard Bradley Beal should be in contention for this year’s award. Beal averaged a career-high 30.5 points per game last season and shot 45.5 percent from three-point range. He will likely see fewer minutes this season with the addition of All-Star point guard Russell Westbrook but Beal will still be one of the Wizards’ best scoring options off the bench.
Another player to watch is Los Angeles Lakers forward Kyle Kuzma. Kuzma averaged 12.8 points and 4.5 rebounds per game last season and shot 39 percent from three-point range. He should see an increase in playing time this season with Anthony Davis expected to miss time due to injury. Kuzma has shown he can score in bunches and could put up big numbers coming off the bench for the Lakers this season.
Last but not least is Denver Nuggets guard Jamal Murray. Murray averaged 18.5 points and 4 assists per game last season and shot 37 percent from three-point range. He will likely see fewer minutes this season with All-Star guard Gary Harris returning from injury, but Murray proved last season that he can be a dynamic scorer when given minutes on the court
Coach of the Year Predictions
This season, there are a few clear favorites for the title of Coach of the Year. Here are our top three picks:
1. Tyronn Lue (Los Angeles Clippers)
Lue has Inherited one of the most talented rosters in the league, and with Kawhi Leonard and Paul George leading the way, the Clippers are expected to be one of the best teams in the league. Lue will have to juggle playing time and keep his stars happy, but if he can do that, he should be in line for a great season.
2. Frank Vogel (Los Angeles Lakers)
Vogel will have his work cut out for him with the Lakers, as he tries to manage minutes for Lebron James and Anthony Davis while also Integrated new players like Wesley Matthews and Danny Green into the mix. But if anyone can make it work, it’s Vogel, who has proven himself to be one of the best coaches in the league.
3. Steve Nash (Brooklyn Nets)
Nash is a first-time Head Coach but he’s inheriting a Nets team that is loaded with talent. With Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant leading the way, Nash has all the pieces in place to make a run at Coach of the Year honors.
